Deque accepts purchase orders. (Note: Deque also accepts online credit card purchases.)
Information Deque Needs from You to Process the Purchase Order:
- Deque University Purchase Order Form:
- Download the Deque University purchase order form (MS Word) and fill it out completely.
- For purchases of up to 10 seats, pricing is available on the Deque University pages describing the courses or packages. For bulk purchases of more than 10 seats, contact a Deque salesperson to obtain pricing.
- Note: for questions about packages and courses, contact training@deque.com.
- Note: For questions about payment, contact accountsreceivable@deque.com.
- Subscriber Form:
- Download the Subscriber Form Spreadsheet (MS Excel).
- Fill out the enrollment form with the names and emails of all people who will be granted access to this subscription.
- Account Administrator Form:
- Download the Account Administrators Form Spreadsheet (MS Excel).
- Fill out the Account Administrator form with the names and emails of all people who should be granted the right to view learner progress reports, edit the subscriber list, etc.
- (Optional) Your Company's Own Forms:
- If your company also requires its own purchase forms or documentation, fill those out and send those along with the Deque forms mentioned above.
