    How to Fix the Problem

    In Adobe Acrobat Pro:

    1. Go to Tools > Print Production > Preflight.
    2. Select the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Profiles library.
    3. On the Profiles tab, select the individual fixup wrench icon.
    4. Navigate to and expand the Document menu and select Embed missing fonts.
    5. Click the Fix button.
    6. Save and replace the file.

    Why it Matters

    Embedding fonts in your PDF means that your document will display as you intended.

    If certain fonts are used that may not be standard, these fonts must be embedded in the document so that the document will be displayed in a consistent way to all users.
