    How to Fix the Problem

    In Adobe Acrobat Pro:

    1. Open the Document Properties dialog by clicking File > Properties.
    2. Click the “Initial View” tab.
    3. Under “Window Options”, in the “Show” field, select “Document Title” from the drop down menu.

    Why it Matters

By displaying the document title rather than the file name, users are able to get an overview of the contents of the document.

    Rule Description

Document titles identify the current location without requiring users to read or interpret page content. User agents make the title of the page easily available to the user for identifying the page. For instance, a user agent may display the page title in the window title bar or as the name of the tab containing the page.

    The Algorithm (in simple terms)

PDF document must display the document title
