How to Fix the Problem
Invalid PDF - file not readable by WorldSpace Comply
The file could not be read; some of the reasons this could happen are:
- The file is corrupted;
- The file is password protected;
- The file was created in a PDF format that WorldSpace Comply could not recognize;
Try and open the file manually to ascertain the reason.
Why it Matters
When WorldSpace Comply is unable to process the PDF file, automated accessibility rule conformance cannot be checked.
