Course Synopsis:
Much of our communication is remote via technology, so it’s important that you understand the underlying accessibility principles.
When someone walks into your office and there is a barrier to communication, you’ll probably know right away. But if someone is trying to do something remotely, such as calling your office using a relay service or using your website and encountering a roadblock — you may never know about it. Remote communication relies on proactively identifying barriers and removing or mitigating them.
This course will help you apply customized tools and strategies to ensure effective communication with individuals with disabilities.
