New Section: Universal Design for the Web

A new section titled "Universal Design for the Web" was added to the "Web Accessibility Fundamentals" course. The course already featured a section on universal design, primarily with information about universal design in the physical world. The new section is specific to the web, covering topics such as images, forms, tables, color, contrast, and other issues. The information in the "Web Accessibility Fundamentals" course is intended for general audiences, with or without a technical background, so the examples are written in a way that non-technical people can understand them. The course "HTML and CSS Accessibility" goes into greater technical detail about these and other topics.
