Internet Explorer 10 (JAWS)

Reads label. Anything can be typed, but it only accepts number values within a given range.

Mozilla Firefox (NVDA)

Reads label. Properly adjusts numbers up and down within the programmed range.

Mozilla Firefox (VoiceOver)

Reads label. Cannot interact with "stepper."

Google Chrome (VoiceOver)

Reads label. Can interact using keyboard. VoiceOver doesn't announce numbers as you change them--only announces number when pressing specific key combination that VoiceOver says will interact with the number, even though it doesn't interact with (change) it.

Safari (VoiceOver)

Reads label. Instead of allowing incrementing and decrementing, it only allows typed input (any text).
